Welcome to LMB Coaching, thanks for being here. Based in the heart of the beautiful Lake District, LMB Coaching is all about helping you unlock your potential. Whether in sport, wellbeing, leadership or business, our mission is to support, inspire and guide you to achieve your best.
Founded in 2020 by Lauren Munro-Bennett, LMB Coaching combines a love for the outdoors with years of coaching expertise.

LMB Coaching specialises in coaching and guiding, tailored to meet you where you’re at right now. Whether you’re looking for guiding in the hills or in the water, online coaching, or if you’re feeling a bit stuck, we help you align your strengths and values to thrive in every aspect of life.

ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren’s approach combines open water swimming and running expertise, backed by a degree in Psychology, 15+ years of racing experience, and personal insights into mental health. Lauren is dedicated to making outdoor sports accessible and fostering a healthy, sustainable path for everyone. Lauren also delivers nature connection workshops and retreats, presents talks, volunteers for Anti Racist Cumbria and more.
