Inclusivity
Making sure my coaching work is inclusive for all is crucial. I continue to unpick my own biases and learning involved in anti-racism, as well as supporting other strategically undervalued communities facing more barriers. I aim to create a truly safe and supportive environment for everyone. This is a continual work in progess.
Community
Building connections, fostering supportive relationships and collaborating with others is integral to my coaching practice.
Nature
Creating an environment where individuals feel confident to access their local nature spaces and really foster a connection to the outdoor world is a key part of my coaching and my values.
