Sketch and Swim

Wednesday 20th August, 6pm-9pm

If you’re feeling the need to slow down and recharge, or just want to take a bit of quality time out in nature, then this is the event for you.

Join Green Sketch Ambassador and Creative Coach, Karen Bentley-Brown and Outdoor Adventure Coach, Lauren Munro-Bennett to truly connect with nature, yourself and other like-minded people.

NB There is an indoor option for the sketching if the weather is inclement!

The event is suitable for all artistic abilities ( It’s about enjoying the process, not about your artistic results!) and for beginners or experienced swimmers.

‘Green sketching is a tool for slowing down and seeing nature’s beauty. It combines the benefits of mindfulness, nature connection and creativity in one simple, affordable activity. The quality of your sketch is irrelevant. It’s the looking and noticing that matters.’ Dr Ali Foxon, Creator of the Green Sketching movement
