Swim guiding with Lauren varies from advice on improving your stroke, technique analysis, learn to swim front crawl, introduction to open water or cold water swimming, improving your confidence in open water settings, or triathlon specific sessions. 

They can be in the form of 1-to-1 or in a group.

Ruckraft Swim Adventures

Route examples:

Tadpole Round (10km on land, 600m swim)

Lauren can guide you on a swim walk/run adventure around and across beautiful Buttermere and Crummock water.

Wordsworth Weekender (2 mile swim, 8 mile walk)

I can guide you round the wonderful ‘Wordsworth Weekender’ route, pioneered by the creators of Ruckraft. This swim-walk adventure takes you swimming in Windermere, River Brathay, Loughrigg Tarn, Grasmere and Rydal, with beautiful walks in between, visiting Low Wray Castle and Rydal caves. Swim Walk Adventures

If you are looking for an immersive experience in nature, then swim walk adventures are for you. 

Imagine a day meandering in the mountains, soaking up the wonderful scenery and wildlife, topped off with a peaceful swim (or two) with a small group of like-minded people.
